This notice describes how Studio Radoni processes personal data submitted through www.studioradoni.it, in particular the contact form.

Through the form we may process:
- name
- email address
- selected interest (capability)
- message content
- minimal technical metadata related to submission (e.g. timestamp)
The form is delivered via the external service Web3Forms, which acts as a technical provider for message delivery.
Browsing and analytics
The site uses a minimal local tracker for Google Analytics 4
(ID G-F95YXG9WLF), activated only after page render, to measure
aggregated visits (page, referrer, device). The Google Tag Manager script is not loaded;
only a measurement request is sent to Google. Details:

Conversational assistant
The site may offer a chat assistant to help visitors understand our services. Messages are sent to a Studio Radoni API that forwards them, under control, to the TuaGate gateway (and the models it is configured to use). Do not enter health, banking or other special-category data in chat. Technical logs may be kept for security and service improvement for a limited period.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data (and, if you use the chat, your messages) is processed to respond to contact and consulting requests (pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest in managing communications). Analytics data is processed to improve the site (legitimate interest / consent where required by applicable law).
Retention
Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any related obligations, then deleted or archived as necessary.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing by writing to info@studioradoni.it.
